My order showed up quickly, which was nice. Only issue was that one of the items came in the wrong color. Not the end of the world, but still a little annoying. Everything else was fine though.

The return process was fine overall, but the refund took longer than I expected

It looks nice at first and definitely gives a better impression than some cheaper ones I’ve tried, but it doesn’t feel quite as sturdy as I expected. After a few weeks of use, I noticed the material starting to wear a bit. Not terrible, just not the most durable option.

I was happy with how this showed up, honestly. The packaging was sturdy and put together really well, so nothing looked banged up or damaged when I opened it. No dents, no mess, no loose pieces rattling around, and it just felt like it had been packed with a decent amount of care. Always nice when something arrives exactly the way it should

I tried reaching out to customer service a few times and never really got a proper reply. My sister even told me to follow up again, but it still felt like I was being ignored. it wasn’t a great experience

I really like the clean, beachy feel of the site. The colors are calm without being boring, and they totally match that coastal vibe thing they’re going for.

The layout is nice and simple too. I didn’t have to click around a million times to find stuff, and the product photos all look good together, which makes browsing easy.

I’ve only been looking around for style ideas so far, but the whole site feels put together and easy on the eyes. I’d definitely come back and check it out again...

I ordered a couple of things from thecoastalvibeshop.com, for what I paid, I’m not mad at it. The quality isn’t exactly “boutique resort gift shop with $80 candles” level, but it was better than I expected for the price. Shipping took its sweet time, because apparently my package needed a little vacation too, but it got here fine. Overall, I’d probably buy again if the prices stay this reasonable.

My order showed up much later than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept having to chase for information, which was really frustrating. At this point, I wouldn’t trust the delivery timing again, and I do feel like some kind of compensation would be fair for the hassle.

I’ll be honest, I made a quick judgment as soon as I had the items in hand — they just didn’t feel as nice as they looked online. The fabric was thinner than I expected, and after only a few wears, one of the seams started coming loose. They’re not terrible, but the quality wasn’t really there for me, so I wouldn’t order again.
